BMM Paint is a professional commercial painting company seeking an experienced Foreman / Project Manager to lead field operations and deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Position Overview
This hands-on leadership role oversees commercial painting projects from start to finish. You will manage crews, coordinate schedules, maintain quality and safety standards, and serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead painting crews
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily/weekly work to meet project deadlines
- Ensure consistent quality control and adherence to specifications
- Conduct job-site safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies
- Manage material ordering, inventory, and equipment
- Communicate regularly with general contractors and office staff
- Track labor, production, and progress; report issues promptly
- Mentor and train crew members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial painting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of commercial coatings, surface preparation, and application methods
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple projects
- Solid understanding of construction schedules, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts and occasional weekends
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
