Replacement Specialist/Design Assistant- ON SITE ONLY
Our ideal candidate will be able to support our internal design team, executing merchandise-planning functions to produce “Best in Class” plan-o-grams for our redemption partners. Understand the elements of space planning standards within a branded store environment.
Responsibilities
- Create weekly planogram updates/ replacements items incorporating new merchandise across all AMRS customers
- Take lead on field team materials for all customer installations weekly
- Follow up daily on all outstanding questions and open items throughout the projects
- Support department manager with various tasks
Requirements
- Ability to retain training material quickly and work independently
- Willingness to work on any assigned task – even if out of assign job description
- Planogram software experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic Excel experience preferred
- Photoshop and Illustrator experience – a bonus!
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to execute company-wide design objectives at all levels
Location: Lakewood, NJ office
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
