Location: Ventura, CA
Pay Range: $45-$60/hour (Top performers $100,000 annually)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (40 hours, overtime as needed)

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Work on equipment such as:
- Rooftop units, chillers, boilers
- Split and package systems
- Zone control systems
- Support preventative maintenance programs for commercial clients
- Collaborate with a skilled team across industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and data centers

What You Bring
- 7 years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and service skills
- EPA Universal 608 certification
- NATE certification is a plus
