Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to uphold health standards and ensure a hygienic environment.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of carpets through specialized cleaning methods like shampooing or steam cleaning.
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products to ensure continuous availability.
- Assist with light cooking or food preparation tasks when required in hospitality settings.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing any cleaning concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial work, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Prior experience in laundry services or housekeeper management is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
