Prior Experience in Plastic Injection Molding is Preferred
Shift Time 2:45 P.M. - 11:15 P.M.

Some Saturdays are required based on production needs.
What you'll do
- Perform quality inspections using Calipers, Micrometers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines to ensure product specifications are met.
- Conduct quality audits in compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
- Utilize vision inspection systems for precise quality control assessments.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions based on inspection findings.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and audits to support quality management systems.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality inspection or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and quality management systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards IATF 16949 is preferred.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments including Calipers, Micrometers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial for success in this role.
