About this role:
Execute, develop, and monitor financial planning and performance tracking across the local operation and company departments, in accordance with financial guidelines, budgetary frameworks, and internal policies, to ensure budget control, the availability of financial information, and the achievement of economic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare the budget by collecting, consolidating, and organizing financial information from different departments to support economic planning and informed decision-making.
- Control budget execution through the review and validation of recorded expenses and revenues to ensure financial compliance and effective budget management.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing accounting information to support decision-making.
- Verify financial information by reviewing accounting and budgetary data to ensure its accuracy, reliability, and integrity.
- Record financial information by updating databases and control systems to ensure data availability, accuracy, and accessibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or financial control.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial control, intermediate Excel, basic data analysis, and financial tools.
