We are looking for friendly, service-minded people eager to dive into the world of AT&T residential sales. As an Entry Level Customer Support Representative, you’ll be in direct contact with homeowners and residents. Prepare to answer questions, demo phones in home or at scheduled meetups, and recommend devices when appropriate. The role blends customer support and education with straightforward in-home selling.

Entry Level Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations for local homeowners and provide device support plus product guidance.
  • Introduce AT&T phones and accessories during residential visits to share new product and service options for customers.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and benefit through client services by listening to customer needs and telecommunications goals.
  • Demonstrate phone features, transfers, and basic troubleshooting through clear, effective communication and examples.
  • Log customer interactions and update lead status after each visit to effectively track follow-ups and market trends within the area.
  • Coordinate follow-ups for additional device needs or questions.
  • Maintain respectful conduct and neat presentation during customer interactions and while representing AT&T and the company overall.

Entry Level Customer Support Representative Qualifications:

  • Friendly, patient customer service approach.
  • Comfortable with scheduled residential visits and short door-to-door interactions.
  • Clear verbal explanations of device features for non-technical customers.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities during support calls.
  • Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
  • Coachable and motivated by performance goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,100.00 - $5,400.00 per month
