The Role
As an Inside Sales Associate -Bilingual Mandarin, Cantonese you'll be the voice of our organization. You'll connect with new and existing customers by phone, understand their needs, present the right solutions, and turn conversations into lasting relationships. What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, and handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Present our [products/services/programs] clearly and match them to each customer's needs
- Overcome objections with empathy and persistence to meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues when needed
- Accurately document every interaction, lead, and sale in our CRM
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay compliant with call scripts, privacy standards, and all applicable telemarketing regulations
What You Bring
- 2 year of experience in telemarketing, call center, inside sales, or customer service (preferred, not required)
- Clear, confident, and friendly phone presence
- Strong listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Goal-oriented mindset with resilience in the face of "no"
- Basic computer skills and comfort using a CRM or learning new systems quickly
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
