Position Summary
BMC23 Security LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Recruiting & Training Coordinator to assist with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of security officers.
This is a part-time, as-needed position. Certain recruiting and administrative responsibilities may be completed remotely with management approval. All scheduled new-hire orientations, employee training, compliance activities, document verification, and other designated onboarding activities must be performed in person at the BMC23 Security office, designated conference/training location, or client site.
Responsibilities
- Review employment applications and resumes
- Contact and pre-screen security officer candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Conduct initial candidate interviews
- Maintain communication with qualified candidates
- Assist with reference and credential verification
- Collect and review new-hire onboarding documents
- Maintain organized candidate and onboarding records
- Conduct BMC23 new-hire orientations
- Train officers on company policies and expectations
- Review attendance, punctuality, uniform, and professional-conduct requirements
- Train officers on timekeeping and Connecteam procedures
- Review post orders, daily activity reports, and incident-reporting expectations
- Assist with preparing candidates for client assignments
- Maintain a list of qualified guards available for upcoming and emergency assignments
- Provide recruiting and staffing updates to the Owner/General Manager
- Perform other recruiting, onboarding, and training duties as assigned
Salary : $21 - $25
