Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in operations management.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships that enhance business development efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive results.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to department heads, promoting professional development within the team.
- Report and work directly with the CEO

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year
