You’ll be responsible for driving a box truck, assisting with deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest safety standards.

What you’ll do

• Safely operate a box truck to deliver goods to various locations, following designated routes.
• Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring all items are handled with care.
• Provide outstanding customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including organizing inventory and preparing shipments.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks to facilitate loading and unloading processes.

Basic qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional box truck driving or delivery experience (16–26 ft vehicles preferred).

Preferred qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience that includes operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Skills

• Excellent time management and route navigation skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Other

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in home delivery, logistics, or final-mile delivery is a plus.

**Our company currently holds several long-term contracts and we are actively seeking to fill multiple positions. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Helpers can expect to earn no less than $900 per week, while drivers can expect a minimum weekly payout of $1,000.

Below are the positions we’re currently hiring for:

Delivery Driver:

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to deliver appliances to residential locations.
• Professionally install washers, dryers, refrigerators, and freezers according to manufacturer standards
• Perform basic connections for water lines, electrical cords, and venting as required.
• Inspect products for damages and verify the accuracy of deliveries before and after installation.
• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
• Handle all merchandise with care to prevent damage to customer property and products.
• Complete delivery and installation documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow all company and DOT safety policies and procedures.

Helper:

• Assist the driver with the delivery and installation of appliances into customers’ homes.
• Safely load, secure, and unload products to prevent damage during transport.
• Help install washers, dryers, refrigerators, and freezers according to manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all connections (water lines, vents, etc.) are properly handled under the driver’s direction.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with the driver, dispatch, and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Follow all company and DOT safety procedures and guidelines.
