WEEKEND TOWING DISPATCHER – PART-TIME
Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
BM Transportation & Towing LLC is looking for a hardworking, friendly, honest, and upbeat individual to join our team as a Weekend Towing Dispatcher.
This is a fast-paced position where you will be the main point of contact for customers and tow truck operators. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable using computers, and able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
Pay: $18-$23 per hour (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound business calls
- Dispatch and communicate with tow truck drivers using the Towbook app
- Coordinate and monitor towing calls
- Enter customer and call information into the computer system
- Perform basic data entry and office duties
- Assist with general office needs
- Light cleaning and maintaining a clean work environment
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills required
- Must be comfortable using dispatch software and office applications
- Pleasant and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work independently
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be willing to train on 1st shift for a minimum of one week
- Must be available to work holidays as needed — we are open 24/7
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous dispatching, towing, transportation, or call-center experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Hours: 24 hours per week
