Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly
- Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting safety rounds.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest feedback documentation
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout the night
- Support hotel management in administrative tasks such as inventory checks and compliance with hotel policies
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Previous night audit or night shift experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and excel spreadsheets
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and team members
- Prior experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is a plus
