Our services include new customer acquisition, strategic and tactical implementation of specific sales objectives, customer support, and management strategies. We are seeking to hire a Verizon Sales Associate to join our San Diego team immediately.
The Verizon Sales Associate will be the liaison between our clients and their potential customer base, answering any customer or client inquiries and maintaining client satisfaction. The Verizon Sales Associate will assist our sales team by being an expert in product and service knowledge, and sales data reports to find where we can continuously increase our client's ROI. The Verizon Sales Associate will receive knowledge and important details on all sales and marketing techniques, client management strategies, compliance standards, and client development. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be genuinely excited to grow with a company.
Duties of a Verizon Sales Associate:
- Work with potential and existing customers regarding available products and services.
- Effectively communicate and present information regarding our client's products and services to gain new customers and upsell existing customers based on their desired needs.
- Becoming an expert on all client product and service knowledge to be able to answer all customer questions.
- Mastering the full sales cycle to complete sales orders for specific customers.
- Establishing continued communication with customers so they may stay informed on any product or service orders and receive the utmost customer service experience.
- Working with other members of the Verizon Sales Associate team to share tips to be able to learn from one another and improve as a team.
- Assist with fostering a strong relationship with client advocates.

- Natural leader and a strong team player, leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in a related field; marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales.
- Ability to travel locally, work full-time hours, and meet at our office throughout the week.
- Comfortable presenting in front of both large and small groups of people.
- Organizational skills.

Pay: $4,600.00 - $5,000.00 per month
