The Customer Support Representative position is an entry-level, sales-focused opportunity, so no prior experience is needed. We only require our Customer Support Representatives to employ a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people. You will learn all the skills necessary in sales pipeline management, client relationship management, and customer care to help you be successful in this role
Customer Support Representative Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary and direct point of contact for clients as they go through the sales process, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and care.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by being attentive, responsive, and consistent in direct face-to-face communication.
- Actively listen to clients to fully understand their needs, ensuring that sales solutions are tailored to meet both their goals and the company's objectives.
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups, ensuring customers are well-informed throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find the best sales solutions and support for each client by creating personalized packages and service plans.
- Represent the company and its values with enthusiasm and integrity, always maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and offering solutions that enhance the overall sales experience.
Entry Level Qualifications:
- 0 - 1 years of experience in sales, client relations, or client account management is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of customer service, sales, and promotional principles
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and find solutions that keep both customers and the company happy.

Customer Support Representative Position Overview:
- Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position.
- Pay: An average of $120-$160 per new customer enrolled; on average, each associate will complete a minimum of 2-3 new customer enrollments per day.
- Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week).
- Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned territory to cover
- Clients & Products: We work with Lumen customers, promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products).
