Role Summary:

Join our team as a Behavior Technician and provide 1:1 in-home support to children with Autism helping them to develop essential life skills through play-based teaching in a supportive and engaging environment. No prior experience is required—we provide all the training you need to succeed!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Provide 1:1 in-home support to children with Autism, using fun and engaging play-based teaching strategies.
- Work under the guidance and supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized treatment plans.
- Help children achieve critical developmental milestones in communication, social skills, and daily living activities.
- Adapt to a variety of client needs—some children may have limited verbal skills and require support in learning basic communication, while others may need guidance with social interactions, independence, and self-help skills.

Paid RBT Certification Process:
We provide a structured, step-by-step training program to ensure you feel confident in your role:
- 40-hour online course to build foundational ABA knowledge.
- 3 days of hands-on, in-person training to practice techniques with expert guidance.
- Direct observation and feedback from experienced BCBAs to refine your skills.
- Final RBT exam preparation and support to ensure your success.
- Upon achieving your RBT Certification, you will receive a pay increase of $26 per hour!
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years old with High School Diploma or GED.
- Driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Full availability from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Plus - Either experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, elderly, or any other vulnerable population OR currently enrolled in college pursuing a related major (Education, child development, psychology, nursing, etc.).
