Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a passion for working with diverse populations. This role requires effective relationship management, administrative expertise, and the ability to develop and implement programs that enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Job Responsibilities or Duties:
- Develop and oversee clinical programs, ensuring they align with best practices in ABA therapy.
- Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs), providing direct guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure effective service delivery.
- Implement behavior reduction protocols and clinical instruction tailored to each child’s needs in home, community, school, and clinic settings.
- Collect data on client progress, assist with parent training, and support implementation of individualized treatment programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Prepare and maintain clinical programs, progress reports, and supervision documents in compliance with contract and billable hours.
- Provide direct therapy to clients when needed, including covering for absent BTs to ensure uninterrupted services.
- Maintain effective communication with client families, colleagues, and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting for all client cases.
- Serve as a leader and mentor, helping entry-level to advanced BTs develop confidence and competence in conducting effective sessions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be actively pursuing BCBA certification and be enrolled in or have completed an ABA Master’s Program.
- Master’s degree in psychology, child development, childhood education, special education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral assessments, and report writing.
- Ability to travel and work in multiple service areas as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required; for drivers, proof of a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record per NIAC standards is
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: Up to 40 hours per week.
- Job Type: Full-time, W2 Role
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
