Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Bilingual Operations Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to Case Coordinator
- Send required documentation to parents or guardians for signature as directed by the Case Coordinator
- Follow up with parents or guardians as needed to ensure timely receipt of completed documentation
- Track tasks and documentation to ensure all deadlines are met
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of organizational policies and procedures in order to clearly explain them to parents or guardians
- Communicate professionally and promptly with internal staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational standards
- Coordinate interpretation services with insurance companies.
- Support case coordination activities and perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Keep track of sickness policy on the team’s chat.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 year of experience in the customer service field or administrative (Preferred experience in hospital, or clinical settings)
- High School Diploma
- Comfortably using a computer and learning new systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other applications)
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing, forms, and document management)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to accurately translate documents from English to Spanish
- Ability to follow direction and collaborate effectively with the Case Coordinator
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
