We’re hiring a Customer Success & Support Specialist to serve as the bridge between our customers and our platform — combining relationship management with hands-on technical support.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Provide high-quality support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues and manage cases through resolution
- Build strong relationships and proactively support customer success and retention
- Deliver training and help customers maximize platform value
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years in Customer Success, Support, or Account Management
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Jira, or similar
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
