Job Title: Cultivation Quality Control Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as
Cultivation Quality Controllers. This is a hands-on role that involves physical labor and working each day in a fast-paced agricultural environment grooming cannabis flower. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Daily contact with dried cannabis plants.
- Lifting and bending for extended periods.
- Working under agricultural lights.
- Wearing protective garments over their clothes as required.
- Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Producing a consistent quality product.
- Meeting expected daily production quotas, as set by leadership.
Work Schedule:
● Typically, Monday through Friday.
● Typically, 6am to 2:30pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
