We offer a curated selection of high-end lingerie and sleepwear, along with expert bra fitting services tailored to all shapes and sizes. Blythe is a locally owned lingerie boutique in the Short Pump area, specializing in hard-to-find sizes and styles for ALL bodies! We carry cup sizes A-O, and band sizes 28-56.
Because we carry so many specialty brands and products, we prefer to work one-on-one with each customer who comes in. This way, we can educate them on their options, assess their needs, and help them find the best products for their size, shape, comfort, and of course, style!
Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Blythe Exquisite Linens and Lingerie, you will be an integral part of our team in Richmond, VA. You will train to become a Bra Fit Expert which requires extensive product and bra-fit training. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and personalized fitting experiences that align with our mission to make every customer feel confident and beautiful.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide expert fitting services.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Ability to "think on your feet" and problem-solve.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
- Handle cash and manage transactions responsibly.
- Support promotional events and assist in visual merchandising efforts.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a specialty environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
