We are seeking a Client Support Coordinator to assist clients with planning, organizing, and managing personalized experiences while delivering excellent customer care.

This role is a great fit for career changers, stay-at-home parents, caregivers, or anyone returning to the workforce who wants flexibility, meaningful work, and room to grow. No prior industry experience is required — full training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Communicating with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Assisting with requests, questions, and changes in a timely manner
  • Providing personalized recommendations based on client needs
  • Keeping client details organized and up to date
  • Following up to ensure a smooth and positive experience
