Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Cruise & Resort Coordinators. In this role, you'll assist clients with planning and booking memorable experiences, including cruises, resort stays, tours, and group getaways. No prior industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and goals
• Research and recommend options that fit their budget and needs
• Book accommodations, cruises, tours, and packages
• Provide excellent service before, during, and after each trip

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and online research platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
