As a Client Experience Support Coordinator, you will play an important role in assisting clients with planning and coordinating personalized experiences while providing professional support throughout the process.

This position involves working directly with clients to understand their preferences, research suitable options, coordinate reservations, and ensure every detail is organized accurately. You will communicate with clients through various channels, answer questions, provide updates, and help resolve concerns to create a seamless and positive experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning customized vacations, cruises, celebrations, and special events
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activity options
  • Coordinate reservations and confirm important service details
  • Provide timely support through phone, email, text, and online communication platforms
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservations
  • Monitor bookings and assist with updates or changes as needed
  • Build positive client relationships through exceptional service and professionalism
