- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow on the dining floor
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training and coaching in areas such as customer service, sales techniques, and food & drink knowledge
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to optimize product availability and presentation
- Manage cashiering and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate transactions and cash handling procedures
- Coordinate scheduling and shift management to meet business needs while maintaining high employee morale
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and store procedures at all times
- Proven experience in supervising restaurant teams with strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively
- Strong organizational skills for managing inventory, scheduling, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Proficiency in POS systems, retail math, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and employee orientation techniques
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, marketing initiatives, and retail sales strategies
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills
