Track record of scaling one of more business through $10MM to $20MM to $40MM to $80MM revenues ideally
Skilled in people leadership, process optimization, and technology enablement.
Data-driven, strategic thinker, with strong financial and operational acumen.
Adept at balancing founder vision with operational discipline.
Tenure of 3–7 years per role in prior leadership positions (not a job hopper).
Must reside within 1 hour of Grand Junction, CO or be willing to relocate.
