Summer Seasonal Production Line Associate

Purpose:

The Production Line Team is comprised of the Production Line Pacesetter, Line Workers, Line Boxer, Line Handler and Line Support. Together, they ensure all kit orders are made accurately and efficiently.

This role is critical to support production and fulfillment operations. This is a great opportunity for seasonal workers who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Count and prepare components for production kits

• Add correct components to kits with attention to detail

• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Education, Experience, and Proficiencies:

• Hold or are working towards a High School Diploma/GED
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Production line/inventory/warehouse experience preferred
• Microsoft Office 365 preferred

Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry 30-50 pounds throughout the workday. Tolerate moderate to high noise level in warehouse. Vision abilities required are color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Perform steady pace of work while completing repetitive physical movements: stand, kneel, push and pull objects, reaching with hands and arms, etc. Ability to work in non-air-conditioned warehouse during the summer with large fans creating moderate air flow.
