BluSky Restoration seeks a highly skilled Construction Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for estimating, managing, and closing restoration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services
- Work closely with owners and managers of commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties
- Manage near-term opportunities and track sales and sales opportunities in CRM and tracking sheets
- Provide oversight and direction to the Project Manager in production of revenue
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry, with a proven track record of sales growth.
