YOUR ROLE
As a Blushington Stylist, you will provide exceptional blowouts, styling services, and luxury guest experiences while helping clients look and feel their absolute best.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing professional blowouts, styling services, and finishing looks
- Delivering exceptional client experiences from consultation through checkout
- Recommending products and services tailored to guest needs
- Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards
- Participating in ongoing education, training, and team meetings
- Assisting with special events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
- Supporting a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Ideal candidates may have experience as a hairstylist, salon stylist, blow dry stylist, cosmetologist, or luxury salon professional.
We are looking for individuals who:

Existing clientele is a plus, but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Florida Cosmetology License is required
- Availability for at least one weekend shift/day each week is required
- Experience with blowouts, styling, finishing work, and luxury guest service preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: Base Pay $17.00. Can make up to $20.00 or more per hour including tips and commissions.
