The Matchmaking Date Coordinator role is responsible for organizing and managing the communication between clients and their matched prospects to ensure every date is seamlessly planned, clearly communicated, and set up for success. This role is essential to delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience—managing text groups, confirming details, coordinating logistics, and helping clients feel supported and excited going into each date.

Date Coordination & Logistics:
- Create and manage text groups between clients and prospects.
- Coordinate all scheduling details—including date, time, and location—to ensure both parties are aligned.
- Recommend suitable venues, experiences, and timing based on preferences and availability.
- Confirm reservations and provide timely reminders or updates as needed.
Client Experience Management:
- Serve as a friendly, responsive point of contact throughout the date-planning process.
- Ensure communication feels warm, organized, and easy for both parties.
- Help set expectations and offer suggestions to enhance the overall date experience.
Quality Assurance:
- Troubleshoot any last-minute changes, delays, or coordination challenges.
- Ensure all details are accurate and confirmed prior to the date.
- Maintain consistency in tone and professionalism within every text group.
Post-Date Support:
- Promptly gather feedback after the date.
- Document the outcome to support matchmakers and the overall matchmaking process.
- Help close the loop with clear next steps or notes for future matchmaking.
- Update the internal date coordination dashboard in real time.
