Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Has a thorough understanding of the products Blush carries and is able to convey the benefits and features of these products to customers.
• Meets and exceeds sales goals through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Educates customers about Blush’s Loyalty Program and encourages enrollment.
• Has the ability to multi-task providing excellent customer service with completing daily tasks

Retail Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to quickly connect with customers

• Previous customer service experience

Education and Other Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Most shifts are 8 hours long
• Must be available to work on weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
