BLUSH Consultant (Front office)

BLUSH Boot Camp is hiring!!!

This is for approximately 10 hours a week or less. Monday-Thursday 4:15pm and a possible Saturday a month. Women's only gym, so must be female.

About the BLUSH Consultant position:

The BLUSH Consultant is an integral member of the staff, as the position links prospects to the Membership Department and Training Department together.

Role of the BLUSH Consultant:

• To conduct tours with prospects, answer questions and help prospects get started on memberships.
• To answer phone calls and respond to e-mails.
• To reach out and generate leads, find new members and create new business.
• To ensure sales goals are met.
• To ensure that the Membership department delivers excellent customer service, exceeding the expectations of our members.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the club.
• Help build and execute marketing ideas and campaigns.
• To ensure the club is running as efficiently as possible.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with members of all ages.
• Must possess strong sales and organizational skills as it is the basis of the entire position.
• Must be a team player as all departments must work in sync.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must possess basic understanding of computers and be able to learn the company software in a reasonable amount of time.

Compensation: Hourly plus commission.
