Job Summary
This is a W2 position within a growing private practice that was built with intention, not just for the clients we serve, but for the clinicians behind the work.
We are looking for clinicians seeking a long-term professional home within a supportive group practice environment.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to join our team in a hybrid role (in-person and virtual) in Newtown, PA, working with individuals, couples, and/or families.
This position begins part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload.

Compensation & Structure
- W2 employment with consistent, predictable pay
- Paid administrative time for documentation and client-related tasks
- Streamlined systems and practice structure designed to keep paperwork minimal and manageable
- Full administrative and operational support, including scheduling, billing systems, and marketing
- Access to all necessary tools and resources (EHR, Psychology Today profile, and a dedicated work laptop)
Responsibilities
- Provide thoughtful, high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Maintain timely and professional clinical documentation
- Participate in occasional team meetings

We’re looking for LPCs, LMFTs, or LCSWs licensed in Pennsylvania
We’re especially excited to connect with clinicians who have a strong clinical voice and a clear sense of the work they enjoy most.
