We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead operations at an assisted living facility. This role is ideal for a proven leader who understands how to balance resident care, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and overall facility performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements
- Lead and support department heads and staff
- Drive occupancy and maintain strong census levels
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
- Foster a positive environment for residents, families, and staff
- Maintain high standards of care and service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Facility (REQUIRED)
- Active Administrator/ALF license
- Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and operations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and facility performance
- Ability to drive occupancy, retention, and overall resident satisfaction
