Position Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting transactions with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Accurately process company bills, invoices, and payments in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform daily and monthly payment reconciliation
- Process weekly vendor checks and payments for processing
- Coordinate company receipts and credit card transactions
- Assist the accounting team and receptionist as needed

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
