This is a sales and relationship-building role where you’ll help local businesses offer valuable voluntary benefits to their employees. You’ll be trained on prospecting, presenting, account management, enrollments, and building a long-term book of business.
What you’ll do:
- Meet with local businesses and decision makers
- Help employers offer Supplemental benefits to their employees
- Educate employees during enrollments
- Build and manage client relationships
- Grow a long-term career in sales and leadership
