Your Responsibilities

• As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining propane appliances and systems.
• Ability to step in to deliver propane when needed is a plus.
• You will install, service, and troubleshoot propane appliances and storage systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• You will run gas service lines, set tanks, change out regulators, and ensure all installations comply with safety regulations.
• Ability to assist with bulk propane deliveries and operate a variety of vehicles, including tank trucks and trailers, following DOT safety requirements is a plus.
• You will perform light maintenance on vehicles, grounds, and facilities.
• You will complete service tickets, work orders, and records of work performed.
• You will serve as a trusted resource to customers, providing professional communication and customer support.
• Support emergency response and after-hours service calls as required.

What are we looking for?

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• A valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (with Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brake endorsements) preferred.
• An excellent driving record.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of propane systems and appliances, with a focus on safety in handling, installation, and transportation.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, dragging hoses, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Dependability, a team-first attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including after-hours and emergency calls.
