Located in the beautiful Monterey Bay area, we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Automotive Dealer Sprinter Fleet Manager to lead the department to success! This is a rare opportunity to join our progressive, client-focused organization as we prepare for expansion and growth.

- Previous Fleet Sales/ Management Experience in commercial Vans is required
- Positive mental attitude

- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and listening skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Driven to set and achieve targeted company sales and personal income goals
- Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals
- Willingness to follow up, and follow-up again with our guests and clients
- Over three year automotive sales experience
- Valid in-state driver’s license and acceptable, safe driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
