What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer position at Blume & Son LLC?
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, bilingual team member to join our deck crew. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor physical work and wants to learn a skilled trade. No prior experience required - we'll train the right person!
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00/hr (starting rate based on experience)
*The typical work week is 50-55 hours, Monday-Friday. Any worked hours over 40 will be paid at a rate of time and a half. Potential for optional Saturday work during our busy season. Sunday is guaranteed off for family and religious services.

Must have a valid drivers license, be able to pass a drug test and background check, and be able to work long hours outside in our East Tx weather.

We work long hours in the East Tx Outdoors, and usually pay 10-20 hours of overtime every week!
