Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and proper food handling procedures
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, including basic math calculations for transactions
- Assist in setting up banquet events, catering functions, or nightclub service areas with attention to detail and timeliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations and hospitality standards
- Support team members in delivering a seamless dining experience through effective time management and teamwork
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits
