Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid or remote role for an accountant that will be responsible for managing and overseeing client financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial statements, handling tax preparation and compliance, and assistance. Additional responsibilities include data reconciliation, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing insights for financial planning and strategy. The role involves working closely with both clients and team members to ensure high-quality financial support and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting practices, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and data reconciliation.
• Experience with tax preparation, compliance, and planning for businesses and individuals.
• Familiarity with accounting software and cloud-based tools, such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred.
• Experience working in a client-facing or public accounting role is a must.
• Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to ethical standards in financial services.
