Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements for residential interior design projects.
- Develop comprehensive design concepts using software to create compelling presentations and visualizations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, budgets, and client communications to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, take measurements, and verify design implementation.
- Present design proposals confidently through presentations and high-quality renderings that clearly communicate ideas to clients.
- Assist clients in selecting finishes, lighting fixtures, color schemes based on color theory principles, and fabric materials that align with their style and budget.
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally while managing client expectations effectively.
- Experience in renovation or remodeling projects adds significant value.
- This is a retail designer role and may require weekend availability.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
