🚨 Hiring: Vendor Compliance Analyst (Senior/Staff Level) – Data Center Infrastructure & Asset Lifecycle Management
We are looking for a highly analytical Vendor Compliance Analyst to help build and manage a vendor compliance program supporting data center infrastructure and hardware supply chain operations.
🔹 Key Areas of Focus:
✔ Vendor Compliance & Supplier Performance
✔ Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM)
✔ Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM)
✔ Hardware Asset Tracking & Inventory Controls
✔ ASN / EDI 856 Compliance
✔ GS1-128 / SSCC Labeling
✔ Vendor Scorecards & KPI Reporting
✔ Inventory Reconciliation & Receiving Controls
✔ Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
🔹 Preferred Experience:
• Data Center Operations
• Hardware Supply Chain
• Hyperscale / Cloud Infrastructure
• Server & Network Equipment Deployments
• Sunbird, Modius, Nlyte, Device42, or similar DCIM platforms
• Asset Management & Inventory Compliance
🔹 Qualifications:
• 5 years in Supply Chain, Vendor Compliance, Logistics Operations, Asset Management, or Data Center Operations
• Strong experience with EDI transactions (850/856/810), ASNs, inventory controls, and compliance reporting
