ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies focused on providing an exceptional experience for our guests while creating opportunities for our team members to grow. We are looking for dependable, energetic, and motivated Team Leads who are ready to take the next step in their careers and help lead a high-performing team.

As a Team Lead, you'll work alongside the team while helping guide daily operations, train team members, maintain company standards, and provide an excellent guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership position and a great opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience or a strong Team Member who is ready to grow.

Previous car wash experience is not required. We're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example and help create a positive, productive team environment.
• Support the daily operations of the car wash and help keep the location running efficiently.
• Train and coach Team Members on customer service, safety, products, memberships, and daily responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and guest service and help resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Assist guests with wash services, membership information, and product recommendations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash location.
• Reinforce company standards for uniforms, appearance, safety, and professionalism.
• Ensure team members are following established safety procedures and operating standards.
• Assist site leadership with daily tasks, assignments, and operational priorities.
• Learn and perform all positions and responsibilities at the location.
• Help identify and address operational issues and communicate them to site leadership.
• Assist with basic equipment and facility needs and learn car wash operations and maintenance.
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Help create an environment where team members feel supported, accountable, and motivated to succeed.

• Has previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience — preferred but not required.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Is comfortable coaching and training other team members.
• Takes initiative and can make decisions when needed.
• Is dependable and committed to showing up ready to lead.
• Has strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining company standards.
• Has basic computer and technology skills.
• Is willing to learn basic car wash equipment and facility operations.
• Can work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Has previous experience in retail, customer service, restaurant, hospitality, sales, automotive, or other team-based environments — preferred but not required.
