General Laborer: 2nd Shift

Bluewater Thermal Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-minded General Laborer to join our team! In this role, you will support heat treat operations as a Screw Racker and/or Basket Loader, ensuring products are properly loaded, processed, documented, and prepared for shipment.

Job Duties:

• Load and unload baskets, combs, fixtures, and product for the heat treat process.
• Follow work instructions, furnace schedules, and loading/screening configurations accurately.
• Complete and maintain accurate production paperwork, routers, and product identification throughout the process.
• Stage materials and maintain continuous product flow to support efficient operations and minimize downtime.
• Safely operate overhead hoists and assist with material handling activities.
• Package, label, secure, and prepare finished products for shipping according to customer and company requirements.
• Transfer materials and customer containers to designated areas and maintain proper organization of workstations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and safetytoe footwear.
• Participate in OSHArequired safety training, including forklift, hoist, and material handling training.
• Work effectively in a teamoriented manufacturing environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Dependable, safetyconscious, and teamoriented.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

The 2nd shift schedule is as follows: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Overtime is available during the work week and weekends!

NEW Starting rate is $16.00 per hour and also includes a $1.00 per hour shift premium
