What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumber position at Bluewater Plumbing & Heating, Inc.?
We are a stable, Queens based company and we are looking for experienced, well rounded plumbers. Some of the work we do is plumbing, heating, AC, jobbing, new construction, alterations and fire sprinklers. Applicants must have a clean driver’s license, a good attitude, be willing to work and be a team player. We offer great benefits and formal training to stable and motivated individuals. Applicants must have 5-7 years of experience. Candidates need to have the OSHA 40 certification so they can work on all of our construction projects if needed.Responsibilities:Assemble and install plumbing systemsTroubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systemsReview blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work proceduresOrder materialAdhere to safety policies and proceduresQualifications:Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related fieldAbility to read blueprints & schematicsAbility to handle physical workloadStrong troubleshooting & critical thinking skillsExcellent written & verbal communication skillsCompany DescriptionWe are a very busy & growing company with a great staff.
