Cybersecurity Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Description Overview Bluewater Federal is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Philadelphia, PA As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will support in the collection, organization, and analysis of network and system data to identify and address emerging risks, supporting Navy RMF compliance and continuous monitoring requirements. Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from vulnerability scans, configuration reviews, and system audits.
• Assist in documenting findings and generating metrics for cybersecurity dashboards.
• Support incident response coordination and tracking of cybersecurity events.
• Perform entry-level risk assessments under supervision of senior analysts or ISSOs.
• Help maintain POA&M tracking spreadsheets and RMF documentation in eMASS.
• Participate in training and professional development to maintain CSWF compliance. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent certification and experience).
• 3 years of experience performing vulnerability assessment and security analysis.
• Must have at a minimum a Security CE certification. CompTIA CySA , CEH, or PenTest certifications are preferred.
• Active or interim Secret clearance is required.
• Familiarity with VRAM, ACAS, and eMASS tools; basic scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell) is preferred BlueWater Federal is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
