What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Blueview Autism Intervention Services?
We are a small agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians or RBTs to join our team.
This position is ideal for high school graduates, college students, or individuals interested in working with children. No prior experience is required—paid training will be provided. Flexible scheduling is available with morning and afternoon shifts.
The Behavior Technician will be responsible for:
Providing Direct one-on-one ABA therapy at home or Center
Implementing Individualized Treatment Plan as written by BCBA
Collecting and recording treatment data as directed by the BCBA
Ensuring client safety at all times during therapy session
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
