Job Description

This position is the key administrative function for the factory food safety and quality systems and serves as back-up coverage for the microbiology and analytical chemistry laboratory. The Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for managing the documents and record systems and ensuring compliance for HACCP, GMP, Primo Brands Quality Management Systems and all related food safety programs. The candidate provides quality systems leadership, support, and training to the factory by identifying key opportunities and implementing projects as well as tracking and reporting systems to improve food safety, product quality and regulatory compliance.

Factory Location : Poland, ME

Compensation : $33.00 / hour

Shift differential : 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Full-Time, 1st Shift

Skills Required :

• Support internal audit function within the factory for Primo Brands Food Safety Quality Systems requirements, FSSC 22000, and IBWA standards
• Verify plant quality and food safety programs and practices are in place, effective, and compliant
• Support Microbiological and Analytical laboratory functions, providing back-up / vacation coverage when needed
• Maintain factory Quality SharePoint site including Document Control program
• Develop / coach / train employees on quality programs and compliance standards
• Site Administrator for Infinity Enact, Traceability program, Presage, Sensory Database, Consumer Complaint management
• Manage Calibration Program (Internal Control Plan, Master Equipment log, 3rd Party Calibrations, etc.)
• Develop, document and implement best practices for quality systems
• Participate in HACCP reviews as a member of the factory HACCP Team
