What You’ll Bring To The Team

• 2–5 years of systems administration experience (or equivalent education/experience)
• Previous onsite technical support experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Servers
• Familiarity with AWS and MySQL/MariaDB (preferred)
• Microsoft and/or AWS certifications (a plus)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset
